La Registraduría Nacional informó que ya inició la distribución de kits electorales para las elecciones del próximo domingo, en las que se eligen los integrantes del Congreso de la República y los partidos definen sus candidatos a la Presidencia de la República.
“Desde el Centro Operacional Electoral en Bogotá, inició el despliegue y distribución de los kits destinados a más de 112.000 mesas dispuestas en Colombia para las elecciones de Congreso de la República y consultas interpartidistas del próximo domingo”, informó el organismo en un video, publicado en sus redes sociales.
En las imágenes, el registrador nacional, Alexander Vega, explica que esos kits electorales serán distribuidos en todo el país durante esta semana.
“Estos kits electorales irán por tierra, por aire. Igualmente cruzarán ríos, irán a lomo de mula, pero garantizaremos que todas las mesas electorales se aperturen en todo el país”, dijo.
El registrador manifestó que también ya fue distribuido el material para que los colombianos, desde este lunes, 7 de marzo, voten en el exterior para las elecciones de Congreso de la República y las consultas interpartidistas
Un total de 908 566 colombianos están habilitados para ejercer su derecho al voto en el exterior, de los cuales 490 285 son mujeres y 418 281 son hombres, que podrán sufragar en 1251 mesas de votación que se instalarán en 250 puestos en 67 países
