¿Qué pasa con el trámite de pasaportes en Gobernación del Caquetá?

El pasado viernes se conoció a través del noticiero del medio día de la emisora Cristalina Stereo, el caso de una ciudadana que se acercó a las instalaciones de la Gobernación del Caquetá, para solicitar el pasaporte.

Según lo manifiesta la Secretaria de Gobierno del Caquetá a la emisora, la ciudadana no se encontraba en la lista de personas con cita para ese día, sin embargo, manifestó esta persona que, habría consignado un valor de cien mil pesos para el cupo de esa jornada.

Ante esta situación se solicitó la presencia de miembros de la Sijin para tomar una declaración de la persona, debido a que, si realizó una consignación, incurrió en el delito de cohecho.

Luego de conocido este caso, varias personas han manifestado a través de redes sociales, lo que consideran un “cartel” de pasaportes en la Gobernación del Caquetá. Según indican estas personas, sacar el pasaporte requiere de palancas políticas o dinero.

Este medio de comunicación tuvo la oportunidad de hablar con varias personas que manifiestan haber tenido inconvenientes con la realización de este trámite y algunos de ellos nos contaron que tuvieron que cancelar dinero para poder agilizar el proceso.

Hasta 400 mil pesos habrían pagado algunas personas

A pesar de reconocer que no es lo correcto haber cancelado dinero por hacer el trámite, algunas de las personas que contaron su historia, indican que la necesidad y urgencia por este documento los obligó a pagar por el proceso.

Ninguna de las personas quiso señalar nombres, pero indicaron que, durante el trámite de las citas, se presentaron inconvenientes como que, la plataforma está caída y es en esos momentos cuando se abrió la posibilidad de “agilizar el proceso” a cambio de…

Según indican algunas personas, habría funcionarios detrás de este sistema de pagos, pero se negaron a señalar de quien se trata.

Citas hasta septiembre

Según lo indicado por la secretaria de Gobierno del departamento, el orden de las citas está para el mes de septiembre. O sea que, haciendo cálculos superficiales, podría haber más de mil personas en la fila para el trámite.

A diferencia de esta región, en ciudades como Bogotá y Cali, el proceso se puede hacer de un día para el otro o en la misma semana, pidiendo la cita a través de la página web, a la cual se accede a través de un link de manera sencilla.

Por ahora se esperan los resultados de las investigaciones por parte de la Sijin y de las investigaciones internas que presumimos estarán realizando desde la misma Gobernación.

Lo que sí está claro es que, por lo menos en un futuro inmediato a ninguna persona le pedirán dinero, ni palancas políticas para la realización de esta diligencia que, debería ser más ágil y sin tropiezos.
