La tragedia de dos familias campesinas desplazadas de Puerto Guzmán Putumayo

Con lo que tenían puesto, abandonando sus fincas y animales y con el dolor profundo de sacar a un miembro de su familia asesinado, tuvieron que salir de la vereda Cerritos del municipio de Puerto Guzmán, dos familias con rumbo a Curillo en Caquetá.

Grupos armados ilegales asesinaron a Wilson Cortés (miembro de la junta de acción comunal), Yovany Betancur y una persona más y expulsaron a sus familias de ese territorio, dándoles unas pocas horas para abandonarlo.

Estas familias y los cuerpos arribaron al puerto de Curillo, generando temor entre los habitantes del lugar y alertando a las autoridades, quienes actuaron inmediatamente para realizar las tareas judiciales con los cuerpos recibidos.

Por su parte la personería de Curillo, atendió de manera inmediata a las 14 personas desplazadas, tomándoles sus declaraciones y orientando a la alcaldía del municipio a brindarles la ruta de atención a víctimas del desplazamiento forzado.

Las personas ya cuentan con el apoyo de la institucionalidad mientras los cuerpos fueron trasladados a Florencia a los respectivos análisis forenses. El destino final de los cuerpos está en manos de los familiares.

Hoy se conoció un comunicado de parte de los Comandos de la Frontera, uno de los grupos armados ilegales que operan en esa zona del departamento del Putumayo y quienes responsabilizan de estos actos al frente 1 Carolina Ramírez.

La guerra por el territorio y el control del negocio del narcotráfico, ha puesto a la población civil en medio de una batalla campal, en la que no tienen armas para defenderse y en la que su vida y sus bienes están en juego.

Dicen los habitantes del sector que la fuerza pública no hace presencia en su territorio y que están temerosos y a la merced de las decisiones de los grupos armados que han invadido toda la margen del río Caquetá.

Se habla de que serían más los muertos en estos hechos violentos, pero nadie se atreve a denunciar.
