Unas 200 declaraciones por afectaciones como desplazamiento, homicidios y amenazas, ha recibido la defensoría del pueblo regional Caquetá, durante el 2021. Campesinos y líderes sociales, han sido los más afectados por los grupos armados ilegales.
Gerney Calderón, defensor del pueblo en Caquetá, dijo que tristemente el conflicto armado aún continua dejando este tipo de afectaciones en la región, y lo que es peor, tiene que ver con intentos de reclutamiento forzado en contra de menores de edad que habitan esta parte del país.
El representante del ministerio público, indicó que varias familias que han sido afectadas por este tipo de acciones, han decidido abandonar el país, buscando proteger a los integrantes de la familia, especialmente a los menores de edad.
