La personera del municipio del Paujil dio a conocer un oficio mediante el cual la alcaldesa Ludivia Hernández Calderón, le solicita sean desocupadas las instalaciones donde funciona la Personería municipal. La afectada denuncia que este hecho se da como represaría al ejercicio de su trabajo.
En el oficio, con fecha del 01 de marzo y firmado por la mandataria, se solicita que se desocupen las instalaciones antes del 15 de marzo, con el fin de ubicar allí, las oficinas de la Comisaría de Familia municipal, indicando que la medida se toma bajo las facultades legales.

Según la representante del ministerio público Cindy Ginency Gutiérrez, esta medida se toma de manera abrupta y arbitraria, como represaría a una serie de solicitudes que su despacho a realizado a la mandataria local.
