Condenan a cómplice del atentado a Escuela de Cadetes de la Policía

Ricardo Andrés Carvajal fue condenado al comprobarse que él fue quien alquiló y pagó el arriendo de la bodega donde se armó el carro bomba que cobró la vida de 22 Cadetes y dejó 81 heridos en enero de 2019.

Carvajal fue hallado culpable por los delitos de terrorismo agravado, daño en bien ajeno, homicidio agravado, tentativa de homicidio agravado y uso de material privativo de las Fuerzas Militares.

A este hombre lo capturaron un día después del atentado por una interceptación de llamada en la que se escuchó su voz donde reconoció su participación.

La jueza consideró que la Fiscalía presentó evidencias contundentes para demostrar la responsabilidad de Carvajal en esa acción criminal, además, los testigos del ente acusador permitieron establecer que el procesado fue cómplice del ataque terrorista.

Dijo la jueza que el hecho de que el día del atentado el procesado no estuviera en la bodega no lo libra de la responsabilidad en los delitos imputados.
