En el vehículo en que se transportaba la edil, fue hallado un kilo de cocaína, la suma de 8 millones de pesos y 3 armas con sus respectivos cartuchos. Estas armas, aunque cuentan con salvoconducto, son materia de investigación por parte de las autoridades.
La concejal del partido Liberal había sido elegida como presidente de la duma el pasado mes de octubre.
