Ante la proximidad de las festividades decembrinas y con el fin de prevenir y proteger la salud y la vida de los caqueteños, el Gobernador Arnulfo Gasca, hizo un llamado a los alcaldes de los 16 municipios del departamento, para que tanto los adultos, como los menores de edad, eviten el uso de la pólvora, que en muchos casos terminan en tragedias.
Sandra Rodríguez Pretelt, Secretaria de Gobierno, indicó que a través del Decreto No. 002054 del 19 de noviembre de 2021, se hizo el llamado a los mandatarios locales para que se adelanten acciones en la prohibición del uso de la pólvora en sus territorios y respectivas jurisdicciones. ”Esto con el objetivo de evitar tener niños lesionados este mes de diciembre con artefactos explosivos o pirotécnicos y adicionalmente con el uso de la pólvora”, manifestó la funcionaria.
Igualmente hizo un llamado a la comunidad en el sentido que el regreso a la normalidad, no lleve a la fatalidad. “Tenemos que cumplir el reto de volver a la normalidad de una manera tranquila y en paz con todas las personas que nos rodean”, insistió Rodríguez Pretelt.
La Secretaria de Salud, Lilibet Galván Moseyoff, comentó que pese a las advertencias, ya se presentó un primer lesionado el pasado 17 de noviembre, el cual ingresó a la Clínica Medilaser, por heridas y quemaduras por la explosión de un tote en su mano. «Aunque no es un caso grave, no deja de preocupar que a esta fecha ya haya un lesionados y por eso informarle a la comunidad caqueteña, que el uso de la pólvora está prohibido, que las fiestas decembrinas deben celebrarse sin pólvora, sin estos juegos pirotécnicos».
Agregó que la meta del Gobierno Departamental es que en el territorio no se presente ningún otro caso de personas quemadas con pólvora, e hizo un llamado a los padres de familia, para que supervisen a sus hijos y denuncien los sitios donde se expendan estos artefactos explosivos.
Cabe mencionar que quienes incumplan con la medida se verán enfrentados a sanciones y el pago de multas, de acuerdo al Código Nacional de Policía.
