Hace poco se presento un hurto en el parque San Francisco, debido a la oscuridad absoluta que se presenta en este lugar, al igual que en la mayoría de los parques y de toda la ciudad.

A éste parque se le instaló a finales de la administración pasada uno de los alumbrados más tecnológicos del momento, alumbrado que empezó a apagarse pocos meses después y del cual hoy no sirve ninguna lámpara.

Eso mismo pasó con el alumbrado mas novedoso de Colombia que fue instalado en gran parte de la ciudad, con luces LED, con centro de mando con GPS anti-robo con inteligencia artificial fabricada en México, alumbrado que le otorgó premios y reconocimiento a esa administración de turno.

Caso similar lo que está pasando con las cámaras de seguridad instaladas por el gobernador anterior. Cuyo precio superó los 116 millones por unidad y hoy la actual administración se encuentra instalando camaras similares, de precios similares, al lado de las que aparentemente ya no sirven.

Como puede ser posible que cada gobierno de turno haga obras de gran valor, cuya duración es tan corta, perjudicando siempre a la comunidad. Donde estan los organismos de control que parecen ciegos ante tanto trabajo mal hecho. Cómo es posible que sigan presentándose y ejecutándose proyectos de este tipo y nadie diga ni haga nada. La Asamblea y el Concejo calladitos.

Será muy difícil que esta ciudad y departamento avancen si cada mandatario va tras lo suyo propio y no tras el progreso de la región.

Por ahora seguiremos a oscuras, con la inseguridad en en un alto nivel y con los pícaros que hicieron esas malas obras, ricos, tranquilos y proyectándose como los salvadores del mierdero que ellos mismos dejaron.
