En Neiva decomisan pescado en mal estado

Cerca de 400 kilos de pescado seco en pésimo estado fueron incautados en la ciudad de Neiva, que iban a ser comercializadas este fin de semana. Durante el operativo entre la Policía Metropolitana y la Secretaría de Salud hallaron el producto con cucarachas y que luego iba ser vendido a la población. Se espera que en las próximas horas sea destruido el alimento.

Recomendaciones para comprar pescado :

– La piel del pez debe estar húmeda, suave y sin laceraciones

– El color de la carne debe ser rosado y no pálido.

– El iris del ojo debe estar de colo rojo.

– Jamás comprar el pescado en lugares desconocidos.
