El exsecretario de obras, Freddy Bayardo Barrera, dijo que existe una falta de “gestión” hacía el proyecto de modernización del alumbrado público de la ciudad. La iniciativa posee dos pólizas de calidad, las cuales no se han hecho efectivas por la actual administración.
Vallardo Barrera, indicó que, el contratista siempre ha tenido la disposición de realizar el cambio de las luminarias que se encuentren dañadas, pero para eso se requiere de personal que realice la ubicación y desmonte de las luces afectadas.
El exsecretario dijo que al finalizar la administración pasada y durante el empalme, se realizó la entrega de todo el sistema en funcionamiento, pero la actual administración se ha dedicado a “perseguir” este proyecto, sin realizar las labores necesarias para que continúe en funcionamiento.
Fueron cerca de 15 mil millones de pesos los que se invirtieron en el mejoramiento del alumbrado público en la ciudad durante la administración pasada.
Por ahora no se conoce una respuesta del gobierno actual en cabeza del alcalde Luis Antonio Ruiz Ciceri y a pesar de que el secretario de obras del momento ha manifestado en repetidas oportunidades, que se tomaran medidas y se hará mantenimiento al sistema, ni lo uno, ni lo otro ha pasado y mientras tanto la ciudad sigue a oscuras.
Estaremos atentos a lo que tenga que decir la actual administración en cuanto al tema de la responsabilidad de lo que ha sido hasta el momento una gran estafa para los Florencianos. El alumbrado inteligente de corta vida.
