Contraloría abre indagatoria preliminar contra el director de Comfaca

CONTRALORIA ABRE NUEVO PROCESO CONTRA DIRECTOR DE COMFACA

La Contraloría General de la República abrió un nuevo proceso en contra del director de la Caja de Compensación Familiar del Caquetá, Comfaca. En esta ocasión Cesar Augusto Trujillo, deberá responder por presuntas irregularidades en ampliación de la Manigua.

En esta indagatoria preliminar de radicado 2022-40841, la Contraloría indagara si los pagos realizados por COMFACA al contratista de la Interventoría No. 063 de 2019, se encuentran conforme a lo pactado en las cláusulas sexta y séptima del contrato.

Esta indagación también determinará si, los presuntos responsables y la cuantificación del daño, y las presuntas irregularidades evidenciadas por el equipo auditor. Recordemos que el director ya enfrenta una investigación por presunto daño patrimonial de más de 17 mil millones.

Dentro de los documentos solicitados por el ente de control se encuentra, Copia del informe entregado por WATER OIL AND SOLID TREATMENT SERVICE S.A.S. en el que se evidencian las deficiencias del diseño, arquitectónicos, constructivos y otros en la obra del contrato de obra No. 062 de 2019.

Además, se solicita copia de informes mensuales, reportes de pago de seguridad social, copias de pólizas, registro fotográfico y demás documentos relacionados con las actividades de la Interventoría en este contrato de la construcción de las piscinas.

Recordemos que este proceso de construcción de la primera parte de estas piscinas, presentó retrasos en la construcción, lo que generó costos adicionales en pólizas y demoras en la finalización de la obra.

Un proceso más para el director de esta empresa que adicional a los requerimientos de este órgano de control, deberá rendir sus descargos ante el consejo directivo que lo ha solicitado en varias oportunidades.

Como si fuera poco, la dirección fue notificada de la aceptación de tutelas en contra de la Caja de Compensación por lo que serían despidos injustificados y en los que no se respetó el debido proceso hacía los ex empleados.
