Edilberto Molina, alcalde de Cartagena del Chairá, señaló que las autoridades militares le hicieron algunas recomendaciones de seguridad para garantizar que su regreso al municipio se desarrolle de manera segura.
Por otro lado, manifestó el funcionario, que, se tomarán medidas para evitar retaliaciones de parte de este grupo ilegal, en contra de los habitantes del municipio y zonas rurales.
