La alcaldía del municipio de Florencia y la fiscalía seccional Caquetá avanzan en varias acciones administrativas de extinción de dominio en viviendas utilizadas para la comercialización de sustancias estupefacientes. Antes de finalizar el año, se harán efectivas algunas de estas medidas.
Luis Antonio Ruiz Cicery, alcalde del municipio de Florencia, dijo que este tipo de procedimientos se hacen necesarios a la hora de combatir el microtráfico en la capital caqueteña. El mismo hace parte del plan de desarrollo en su componente de seguridad.
El mandatario de los florencianos dijo que, a comienzos del año 2022, junto a la fiscalía seccional se realizarán varias acciones administrativas y policiales de extinción de dominio.
Algunas de estas acciones se cumplieron quince días antes en el barrio Idema de Florencia, donde seis viviendas se vieron involucradas en el operativo.
