El registrador nacional, Alexander Vega, confirmó que se amplió la diferencia de votos, entre el preconteo y el escrutinio de las elecciones legislativas y consultas interpartidistas, que se llevaron a cabo el pasado 13 de marzo en todo el territorio nacional.
El mandatario aseguró que no fueron solo los 500.000 votos del Pacto Histórico, que aparecieron tras el preconteo. Por el contrario, se trató de más de un millón de votos, es decir más de 500.000 de otros partidos políticos.
El funcionario público reveló un informe con el que asegura que “no hubo fraude en Colombia» y revelo la razón de lo que ocurrió en el preconteo con la gran diferencia de votos.
“Se corroboró que 23.000 formularios fueron mal diligenciados por los jurados de votación. Además, encontramos que, en 5.109 mesas se demuestra un posible dolo, porque además de diligenciar los formularios de manera equivocada, hubo tachones de las votaciones de los candidatos”, aseguró.

Vega mostró una serie de fotografías de los formularios diligenciados donde se evidencian rayaduras y tachaduras, además de algunos votos completamente arrugados.
“Ya tenemos plenamente identificados a los jurados, pero acá demostramos la intención, no solo en el mal diligenciamiento, sino que una vez consignaron la votación de los candidatos, tacharon las cifras, por lo que los testigos presionaron a los jurados para que pusieran asteriscos y tachaduras en todas las casillas en blanco. Se trató de testigos de todas las campañas”, indicó Vega.
El registrador aseguró que se trata de cerca de 1’026.000 votos que puede variar entre el preconteo y el escrutinio, por lo que se debe esperar a ver cómo se distribuye esa cantidad entre las demás colectividades y candidatos al Senado de la República.
Normalmente la diferencia entre el preconteo y el escrutinio es del 1 y 2 %, pero en esta ocasión la diferencia supera el 7%
