Un despacho seccional adscrito al Centro de Atención Integral de víctimas de abuso Sexual (Caivas) de la Fiscalía en Caquetá, imputó cargos y logró medida de aseguramiento intramuros contra Héctor Ospina Acevedo, como presunto responsable de los delitos de feminicidio gravado en la modalidad de tentativa y acceso carnal abusivo con incapaz de resistir.
Los hechos materia de investigación están relacionados con el ataque del que fue víctima una mujer de 32 años con discapacidad auditiva el pasado 3 de octubre en Florencia.
La víctima, según la información recolectada por las autoridades, se encontraba departiendo con su presunto agresor, quien también padece discapacidad auditiva, en el barrio Ciudadela Siglo XXI de la capital caqueteña.
Durante un rato compartieron la ingesta de licor y sostuvieron relaciones sexuales consentidas. Sin embargo, cuando la víctima se quedó al parecer dormida, el sujeto la habría empalado, causándole graves lesiones con un objeto contundente punzante de aproximadamente 26 centímetros de largo.
La afectada tuvo que ser atendida de urgencia y se encuentra en cuidados intensivos en una clínica de Neiva (Huila).
La Fiscalía inició con las indagaciones respectivas para dar con el paradero del sospechoso, logrando su captura en una labor conjunta CTI-Sijín en su casa, mediante diligencia de allanamiento y registro.
En audiencias concentradas no aceptó los cargos enrostrados y permanecerá privado de la libertad en la cárcel El Cunduy de la ciudad.
